That’ why we’ve implemented a 7-Day On-Time Performance Guarantee for each phase of your garage construction. Each stage is carefully planned and executed to keep your project on track. If we don’t meet our deadlines due to factors within our control, we’ll pay you $25 per working day until the phase is complete. Your time matters, and we’re committed to respecting it.
Please note: The 7-Day On-Time Performance Guarantee applies to standard garage builds. Custom garages may not qualify for this guarantee; your project consultant will confirm eligibility during the design process.

How it works

Demolition

Your old structure will be demolished, debris removed, and the site cleaned in 2 workdays or less.

Guarantee: If we exceed 2 workdays, you’re compensated $25 per workday until completion.

Concrete

Your concrete foundation will be set up, poured, finished, and sealed in 7 workdays or less.

Guarantee: If we take longer, we pay you $25 per workday until the phase is done.

Build

Your garage will be framed, sheeted, and roofed in 4 workdays or less

Guarantee: Delays beyond 2 workdays? We’ll pay you $25 per workday until completion

Finish and Cleanup

Siding, doors, gutters, and electrical work will be installed, with the site fully cleaned, in 7 workdays or less.
Guarantee: If we miss the deadline, you receive $25 per workday until the job is finished.

What’s a Workday?

Workdays are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delays due to uncontrollable factors, like weather, material shortages, city inspections, or client-related issues (e.g., blocked driveways, unavailable power), are exempt from our guarantee.

3 Year Workmanship

3 Year Workmanship Guarantee

All work by The Great Garage Company is fully guaranteed against faulty workmanship for three full years from the original date of installation.

There will be no charge to the client for labor or materials on any repair due to faulty workmanship during that three year period.

We look for the best materials we can find to build your garage. Because we don’t manufacture them, we make no guarantees as to materials. That’s ok because we hereby assign all manufacturers’ warranties to you, the owner.

The Great Garage Company does not warrant concrete against cracking, spalling, pitting, flaking, or color variation. These are natural characteristics of concrete and not considered defects. While future innovations may improve concrete performance, the materials currently available in the industry are naturally subject to these characteristics.

Should your new garage require a repair, simply contact our office. We’ll schedule a service appointment within 48 hours and provide an exact arrival date. Your time is just as valuable to us as it is to you.
